About Us
Vreshti i Pashait
Vreshti i Pashait is a family-owned winery in the Sarandapori Valley of Leskovik, Albania, founded by Mirlinda and Albert Gajo to revive a 200-year-old family heritage.
Our name, "Pasha's Vineyard," honors Mirlinda's great-grandfather and symbolizes our deep connection to this historic land, which is also home to a centuries-old thermal water source. We are committed to producing authentic Natural Wine. Our 6-hectare vineyard, restored in 2007, thrives in a unique microclimate with iron-rich, gravelly soil, an ideal terroir for cultivation. We grow international varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot) alongside indigenous Albanian grapes like Mavrud and Shesh i Zi.
The wine is aged in a historic tunnel carved into rock in Përmet, which provides optimal, constant temperatures (16-18°C) year-round, preserving the wine's natural quality and authenticity. We invite you to visit our winery for a tasting experience.
